Business Cards

We offer a wide range of business card services.

We can make quick simple business cards on the fly from an existing design OR we can have simple cards professionally printed in one or two business days.

Premium business cards require 2 to 3 weeks.

Preparation of a proof costs an additional amount and adds one day to the turn around time. We recommend proofs.

Design Help

Card design and graphics assistance is available at additional cost.

If you choose to design and prepare the printing proof for your card, instructions are as follows:

PROGRAMS

We will accept the following file types (either Mac or PC):

Quark, Illustrator , Photoshop, for any type job (Photoshop is not recommended for typesetting).
PDFs for 4-color and some 2-color work (please check with us prior to bringing files)
We also use Publisher or Word for simple text jobs.

DISKS

We can accept artwork in the following formats:
100Mb Zip, CD, or e-mail.

SCANS

All scans should be supplied in Photoshop 7 (or earlier) format. Scans must be supplied at finished size with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. All placed EPSs and TIFFs must be supplied as well. JPEG is not recommended for embedded art.

FONTS

All screen and printer fonts (Post Script only) used on the artwork must be supplied OR all text must be turned to outlines (illustrator only) This is particularly important in Quark Xpress. All fonts including those in placed images & EPSs MUST be included. We cannot print high resolution art without these fonts.

E-mails will be accepted with prior approval with no file to exceed 10 megabytes in size. Hard copy must be provided with all jobs regardless of other formats provided.

SETUP

All bleeds must be 1/8 inch. Cards may be provided 1 up or ganged , crop mark should be used if possible. All files should be either CMYK or PANTONE. Files in RGB will not be accepted.

Stationery

Rubber Stamps

We offer custom stamps made while you wait. Many sizes and styles to choose from - you can even include graphics!
